Store information
Terms & conditions
These terms apply when you purchase goods from the Geo Finds UK online store. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
About the seller
Geo Finds UK is the trading name used for this store. Our contact address is 9 Grizedale Close, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN16 9FE, United Kingdom. Email support@geofindsuk.store.
Orders and payment
Product descriptions and the total price are shown before purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance: we may cancel and refund an order if payment fails, the item is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served or an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Delivery
Delivery terms and the total delivered price are shown at checkout or confirmed before payment. Orders are fulfilled by a UK-stock third-party supplier and typically arrive within 2–7 business days after processing, although remote postcodes and carrier disruption can take longer. We will contact you if delivery requires an additional decision or the order cannot be fulfilled.
Cancellations and returns
You can request cancellation before dispatch, but dispatch can happen quickly. After delivery, cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Returns & refunds policy. Contact us before returning anything; an approved return address will be provided in writing.
Product use
Read the product description, dimensions, warnings and instructions before purchase and use. Product colours may vary slightly by screen and supplier measurements may vary by approximately 1–3 cm. RideNest is a comfort seat, not advertised as crash-tested safety equipment; attach its tether to a body harness, never a collar.
Responsibility and law
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under UK consumer law. These terms are governed by the applicable law of the United Kingdom, and consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
