Email support@geofindsuk.store with your name, order email, order date, the reason for the return and, for damaged or incorrect items, clear photos. Please do not return goods to our supplier or any other address unless we have approved the return and supplied that address in writing.

Changing your mind

For eligible online purchases, UK consumers normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us they wish to cancel. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. You are responsible for the direct return postage cost for a change-of-mind return. Handle the product only as much as you would in a shop and, where possible, keep it unused and in its original packaging.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Tell us as soon as possible. For courier or supplier evidence, please report visible damage within 48 hours and an incorrect item within three working days where possible. These reporting requests do not limit your statutory rights. Where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs when a return is required.

Refunds

Once a cancellation or return is approved, we will explain the next steps. Refunds are made to the original payment method within the legally required timeframe after the goods are returned or you provide acceptable evidence of return. We may reduce a change-of-mind refund if handling has reduced the value of the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
