What to include
For a product request, tell us the item, quantity and delivery postcode. For a delivery question, include your order email and order date. For damaged or incorrect goods, add clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label where possible.
Returns
Contact us before sending anything back. Because products may use different fulfilment locations, we provide the correct authorised return address in writing for each request.
